EDWARD GOTCH
Chief Executive Officer
Ed joined Accupac in 2025 as CEO. Ed is a proven leader with over 25 years of deep operational experience in manufacturing with an established track record of team building and growing global businesses across a variety of industries including specialty chemicals and materials as well as beauty and personal care. Most recently, he served as CEO of Bright Innovations Labs and, prior to that, was CEO of Emerald Kalama Chemical, LLC. Earlier in his career, Ed served in executive positions in companies such as Occidental Chemical Corporation and Noveon, Inc. He received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo.
MICHELLE CHAVEZ
Chief Commercial Officer
Michelle joined Accupac in 2023 bringing over 25 years of leadership in the global beauty and personal care industry. As Chief Commercial Officer, she leads Sales, Marketing, R&D Innovation, Customer Experience, and Sustainability, aligning teams to drive innovation, brand growth, and customer value. Known for building high-performing teams and launching category-leading products across all market tiers, Michelle previously held senior roles at Estée Lauder, Avon International, and CD&P Health Products. She holds an MBA in International Business with a Marketing concentration from Louisiana State University and a BA in Literature from Ramapo College.
JOE WARCHOL
Chief Financial Officer
Joe joined Accupac in 2026, bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, and CDMO industries. Prior to joining Accupac, Joe served as CFO of Nucleus Radiopharma, North American CFO at Curium Pharma, and CFO of SK Pharmteco. He also serves on the advisory board of Phlow Corporation, a public benefit corporation focused on manufacturing critical APIs and finished pharmaceutical products. Joe earned his MBA from Villanova University and his BS in Accounting from Thomas Jefferson University.
VINCENT P. DIMINO
Vice President of Manufacturing
Vincent Dimino joined Accupac in 2025 as Vice President of Manufacturing, where he provides both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across all facility operations. He plays a critical role in driving operational initiatives, aligning teams, and mentoring key staff to support continuous improvement. With more than 40 years of global experience in specialty materials, chemicals, and contract manufacturing, Vincent has held executive roles at Bright Labs, Joerns Healthcare, DuBois Chemicals, Hexion, and Momentive Specialty Materials. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
GAIL CURRAN
Chief Human Resources Officer
Gail joined Accupac as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2026, bringing more than 25 years of Human Resources leadership experience supporting growth strategies, developing talent and leadership programs, and implementing workforce planning initiatives. Prior to joining Accupac, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Avantor, where she played an instrumental role in advancing the company’s strategic objectives, strengthening organizational capabilities, and driving operational excellence. Gail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
ROB SUTHERLAND
Vice President of Supply Chain
Rob joined Accupac as Vice President of Supply Chain in 2026, bringing over 25 years of experience across supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution, with deep expertise in data and systems. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Premier Dental Products Company, where he drove margin expansion through AI tools and lean processes. Earlier in his career, Rob held senior leadership and consulting roles at Danone, C&S Wholesale Grocers, Ernst & Young, Accenture, and Stryker Orthopaedics, and served as a U.S. Navy officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Iona University.
