  • Maintain area and equipment in Recycling Room in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Bale cardboard by placing in baler, operating that equipment and then placing completed unit onto pallet.
  • Dispose of trash gathered from the facility. Empty trash bins into compactor and operate compactor in a safe manner.
  • Clean trash bins as required.
  • Paint facility, equipment, etc. as assigned by Supervisor.

The Compounder is responsible for manufacturing a customer’s product by following a set of written instructions. This activity involves the interpretation and execution of written instructions that results in a bulk product that conforms to the customer’s specifications. The Manufacturing operation is performed in a manner that complies with Accupac’s SOP and the FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations.

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Compounder level and compensation will be determined by successful completion and verification of levels in the Compounder Skill Level Chart.

  • Clean and sanitize manufacturing related equipment and utensils.

  • Set-up manufacturing equipment to support a specific manufacturing operation.

Basic Job Functions:

The Validation Associate/Engineer is responsible for reviewing customer supplied documentation and making the initial assessment of what validation activities need to be performed based upon Accupac’s Validation Master Plan. This includes reviewing the information with the Quality Systems group, writing the respective validation protocols, helping to execute the protocols, and writing the validation reports. It is important that the Validation Associate/Engineer have a working knowledge and clear understanding of all validation activities.

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Maintain the Company’s compliance with established Accupac, LLC. Standard Operating Procedures, FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and the Customer’s specifications.
  • Establish performance and quality criteria. Create and run quality tests based on appropriate protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, packaging, and cleaning processes and safety regulations.
  • Ensure products meet company requirements by writing protocols and creating a documented trail of results for both manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • Strong documentation bias – managing and documenting the entire validation process. The protocols produced must comply with both internal SOPs and external regulations.
  • Perform Equipment IQ/OQ and Gap analysis.
  • Review all questions, errors, and deviations with the respective departmental Management and QA and resolve issues.
  • Maintain the completed validation documentation and all associated data.
  • Maintain open communication with Project Management and Operations for validation requirements.
  • Maintain Calibration Management database including entering, changing, and updating equipment status in the Calibration Manager database.
  • Provide PM and Calibration documentation to either internal or external personnel.
  • Provide oversight on the timely completion of PMs and Calibrations.
  • Review completed validation, PM, calibration documentation for accuracy and GMP compliance.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Basic Job Functions:

To sell contract manufacturing services to major OTC and Personal Care companies throughout the United States. To educate industries on contract manufacturing and packaging services and solutions offered by Accupac, Inc.

 

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Maintain & grow current business.
  • Develop, secure, and grow new business.
  • Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators.
  • Accountable to each client for the health of the overall relationship.
  • Must ensure that everything from the initial quotation through the shipment of the finished product gets done on time, every time to the satisfaction of both Accupac and the client.
  • Must compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from retail stores, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, social media, and other sources.
  • Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers via email or by phone.
  • Displays or demonstrates services, using samples or presentations.
  • Quotes prices, timelines, credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
  • Writes detailed reports of customer visits and other communication.
  • Present current and relevant market data.
  • Works with project managers to keep account activities up to date.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with a variety of contacts. Including, purchasing, package development, R&D, and marketing.
  • Attends trade shows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
